This fine-mesh hay net is small and thus perfect for Shetlands and ponies or for use in the trailer. Due to its fine mesh the hay net can be used for fine hay or to make it harder for your pony to eat too much hay.
A hay net forces the horse to eat more slowly and is therefore also called a slow feeder. The smaller the mesh, the longer the horse is occupied with the feed. This ensures better digestion and prevents boredom. Ideal at competitions, during transport and in the stable. The hay net can be hung up anywhere.
